Happy to help where I can. I can do a quick and free initial estimate, after we have chatted about the issue facing you. If it really is a simple fix (such as changing a particular setting for example) that'll be on the house (though tips are always welcome ;)).

Once we have discussed the issue, I'll then either talk you through what to do, or use CrossLoop to fix the issue myself, once you have agreed to this. I often help my friends and family out with issues, so am use to explaining technical issues in non-technical terms.

I'm also a trained teacher, so I know the best way to help people to learn to fix issues themselves and to be able to cope when the next computer issue when it crops up, because, as we all know by now, it will!

I'm friendly, easy-going, approachable and honest, and I hope I can help!
