Securing wireless router with a password of your choice
Set up network between multiple computers and printers (up to 2 computers or devices)

Broadband Internet connection
Wireless access points (and / or wireless router) and wireless network interface cards required but not included in package

Package Limitations and Exceptions:

Requires a wireless device that supports 802.11 b/g or g/n.
• Requires a wireless access point and router with WEP/WPA/WPA2 protocol, firewall, and NAT capabilities.
• All devices must be compatible with the router.
• All modems must be able to bridge with the router.
• Requires access to the default login and settings or customer provided login for existing routers.
• Does not include the repair of any broken peripheral or device wanting to connect.
• CrossLoop will not be able to provide this service if a customer fails to connect the devices in the required fashion.
• Does not guarantee wireless access to the printer outside the area of Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Does not support network enabled DVD players, game consoles and TVs to allow downloads of new content.
Global Limitations and Exceptions:
• CrossLoop Inc. may not be able to repair all software related issues that cause the blue screen of death/spinning wheel of death.
• Does not cover any onsite service required. This assumes the customer can make the basic physical connections required.
• All devices and PC peripherals should be powered on and functional.
• Requires administrative control of the customer’s computer.
• Only CrossLoop Inc. approved software can be downloaded to the customer’s computer.
• If the hardware required for the package is non-functional for any reason, CrossLoop Inc. may not be able to provide service for the package requested.
• CrossLoop Inc. requires customer cooperation and a reasonable amount of time to perform the service.
