Package Limitations and Exceptions:

Windows 7 software not inluded.
• This package does not include the research of incompatible drivers and installation of new drivers, applications, or other software that may be incompatible with windows7.
• Upgrade will not remove viruses.
• No guarantee of customer’s antivirus software making the custom install – reinstallation is not part of this package.
• Windows XP and Windows 2000 are not upgradeable to Windows 7 with this package Computer must qualify for the upgrade by satisfying system requirements of Windows 7.
• Reinstallation of printers or other peripherals is not part of this service.
• The package cannot be completed if enough disk space is unavailable on the windows drive, or second or external drive with adequate space is unavailable.
• If the customer has windows7 on a DVD, the computer must have a DVD drive (and not a cd drive)
• Windows Mail, Parental Controls, and Windows Ultimate Extras are not supported with a Windows 7 upgrade. These constitute a separate package.
• If the customer has windows7 on a DVD and the computer is a netbook there must be an external DVD-ROM to perform the install.
• The Network Adaptor must be compatible with windows7.
• CrossLoop cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices, programs or applications. Reinstallation or update of these applications is not included.
Global Limitations and Exceptions:
• CrossLoop Inc. may not be able to repair all software related issues that cause the blue screen of death/spinning wheel of death.
• Does not cover any onsite service required. This assumes the customer can make the basic physical connections required.
• All devices and PC peripherals should be powered on and functional.
• Requires administrative control of the customer’s computer.
• Only CrossLoop Inc. approved software can be downloaded to the customer’s computer.
• If the hardware required for the package is non-functional for any reason, CrossLoop Inc. may not be able to provide service for the package requested.
• CrossLoop Inc. requires customer cooperation and a reasonable amount of time to perform the service.
