| Flat rate for virus removals : Sometimes virus removals need long scan times... In this case I cannot charge by the hour because it would be silly.. since we would be just waiting for the scans to do their things. Thats why I have this flat rate. However it might not be a serious virus, in that case I will charge you with my hourly rate which will be less. :-) |
