CrossLoop's New Year Kick-off Helpathon Contest

Congratulations to the winners of our last Helpathon Contest! Due to the success and interest in the last contest, we have decided to hold another Helpathon for January and February.

What is a CrossLoop Helpathon?

Our goal is to encourage our Helpers to be as successful as possible with as many paid sessions as possible. We do this by driving consumers to CrossLoop and connecting them with your reliable and expert support.

The Helpathon rewards those Helpers who are available online and have the most paid transactions during a select period. The rewards are a list of cool prizes.

How does it work?

1. Send an email to helpathon@crossloop.com with the words 'enroll me' in the subject line and your username in the email body.
2. Complete as many paid sessions as possible during the contest period of January 1 – February 28, 2009, using CrossLoop’s payment system.
3. At the end of the contest period, four winners will be chosen based on their level of transaction fees
   
   
   • Grand Prize: Earn $2,500 or more in transaction fees
   • 1^st Prize: Earn $1,000 or more in transaction fees
   • 2^nd Prize: Earn $250 or more in transaction fees
   • 3^rd Prize: Earn $100 or more in transaction fees

Note: All prizes are offered only to Helpers using the CrossLoop payment system.

Where do I find customers?

1. Embed a CrossLoop badge and promote your custom URL on any webpage, blog or email. To find out how, log into the CrossLoop website and click on the Promote tab.
2. CrossLoop will enable the first five expertise tags on your profile to be more search engine friendly.
3. Tell your friends and family to work with you through CrossLoop to resolve their computer issues.

January 1 – February 28, 2009

Grand Prize*:

- a $399.00 retail value
(*For this prize only, the contest period is Dec 1, 2008 through Feb 28, 2009)

1^st Prize:
Apple iPod Touch 8 GB (2nd Generation)
- a $200.00 retail value

2^nd Prize:
Logitech mm32 Portable Speaker System for iPod (Black)
- a $60.00 retail value

3^rd Prize*:
Logitech Premium Notebook Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone
- a $60.00 retail value
*The third prize will be available only to Helpers that are using the CrossLoop transaction system for the first time. Helpers may have a prior session history but this prize is reserved exclusively for Helpers who have their first paid help session during the contest period.

Contest guidelines

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid Helper account with CrossLoop
• Helpers not using the CrossLoop payment system will be excluded
• Earnings collected before the contest date (Jan 1, 2009) will not be considered, except for the grand prize, which has a contest start date of Dec 1, 2008.
• A Participant is eligible to win and be awarded only one of the prizes mentioned above
