How-to Guide: Pro Support Widget
This is a CrossLoop Pro feature.

Support Widget CrossLoop Pro subscribers now have the opportunity to put a support widget on their own website or any external site. This widget allows your customers to give you remote access to their computers, whether you are currently online or not. The widget also provides live chat if you are online, with integrated payment processing capability.

Share Screens

To start screen sharing, your customers can click the Share Screen button, and then indicate how long to give you access - from 1 hour up to 1 year.

On your side, you will see the customer's name and computer added to your Customers list. Click on the computer name to start screen sharing.

Starting a chat

Your customers will see a green "Chat with me" button if your CrossLoop App is running. After clicking on the button, the customer will be asked for their name and email, and promptly enter chat with you.

A chat window will pop up on your computer, where you can start a screen sharing session now or charge and accept payment.

You can get the embed code for your custom widget by logging into your Pro account and navigating to Promote Yourself > Widgets (http://www.crossloop.com/widgets.htm).
