The CrossLoop Website - Paying an Expert

The CrossLoop Transaction System allows you to complete transactions and provide payment for services rendered. This document explains how you can pay an Expert for the services rendered.

 The whole process works in 4 major steps:

1. The Expert provides an estimate of services (optional but recommended).
2. The Expert delivers the requested services.
3. The Expert provides the final payment amount for the completed solution
4. The Customer pays for the services rendered

Provide an Estimate
The Expert provides an initial estimate to solve the problem or complete the task. This is done through the chat window. Submitting the estimate automatically records the estimate in the chat history. You will see something similar to the image below.

Complete the Request
Once you and the Expert agree on the services and price, the Expert will proceed with the resolution. When the Expert is providing you service, you may use the chat window to inform anything to the Expert.

Expert Provides Final Payment Amount After the Expert has completed your requests, he/ she will send you the final bill (through the chat window). Again, this action is automatically recorded in the chat history providing the conclusion of the session.

Customer Provides Final Payment Once the Expert posts the final payment amount, CrossLoop chat will prompt you for payment. You will see a window like the one shown below.

When you click on the "Credit Card" payment button (shown above), you will receive a form to complete.        

When you pay, the system authenticates the account and automatically records a successful event in the chat history. The system validates the charge and returns a "Thank You" window confirming completion. If you receive an error, you can either retry or choose another payment method.

Viewing Transactions

You can view the results of transactions shortly after the payment was made in your console. Note that you must login to your confirmed account to see your console. The Console provides the details of all your transactions. It also allows you to provide feedback and submit payments for past sessions if these were not completed previously.
