The CrossLoop Marketplace - Subscription Manager
The Subscriptions Manager is the latest feature from CrossLoop to help you manage your subscriptions of Pro/Home with a mouse click. You can do the following at the Subscription Manager:
Once, you have purchased a subscription, you will see a "Subscriptions" link on the left side of your home page, under the Account tab.
Clicking on that will show you the present subscriptions and other information like renewal amount, date, etc.
In addition to purchasing for yourself, you can also purchase for others and just assign it to them. Let's say you wish to purchase a CrossLoop Home Monthly to another friend already registered with CrossLoop. Select the product from the dropdown list beside the "Add New Subscription" button and then click it.
Now, click on "Purchase Changes" and enter your payment details in the page which appears. Once done, you can see your latest purchase in the Subscriptions Manager as well.
Now, you can assign it to your friend by just clicking on the "Change" button and entering their first name, last name ad email id. That is all, they are now the owner of that product you purchased for them.
Upgrade
It is equally easy to upgrade to another version. Let's say that you want to upgrade from CrossLoop Home Annual to Pro Annual. All you need to do is to click on the dropdown box beside the subscription you wish to upgrade and select the product to purchase. While you upgrade, you pay for the difference in the subscription after being pro-rated.
Please note that the "Renew" checkbox is automatically checked. If you do not want automatic renewal, please uncheck the box and we will not automatically renew when your current subscription expires. Now, click on Purchase Changes and complete the payment procedure. Yes, you have upgraded! Simple isn't it?
