CrossLoop wants to make getting help as easy as possible. You can find help in two ways:
- Getting computer help from a friend
- Finding computer help in the CrossLoop Marketplace
- Letting CrossLoop find the best Expert for you.
Getting computer help from a friend
Use our screen-sharing application to connect remotely with your friend. When both of you install the CrossLoop application, your friend will be able to connect to your computer from anywhere free of charge. Getting connected with CrossLoop is simple as explained here.
Finding computer help in the CrossLoop Marketplace
Finding help in the CrossLoop site is easy, just follow these steps:
1. Search for the right Expert by entering keywords related to your needs in the search box.
2. Examine the list of Experts in the search result: CrossLoop will provide a list of the top Experts relevant to your search. Those Experts who are online and have the best reputation will appear on the top.
3. Click on the name of helpers to visit their profile page. In the helper profile you will have all the necessary information to pick the helper that is best suited to solve your computer problem including: Ratings, rates, areas of expertise, reviews from other customers, etc...
4. If the Expert is online (and responds) you'll be able to chat with him using the "Chat With Me" button. If the Expert does not respond, you can send him an email through the "Contact Me" button or choose another Expert.
