Getting Started - Finding Computer Help
CrossLoop wants to make getting help as easy as possible. We provide help in two ways:
- We allow free access to our easy-to-use desktop sharing software so that your friends/relatives can help you (or so that you can help them).
- We provide a marketplace where computer users can search for quality service providers through a global, user-verified help community.
Getting computer help from a friend
When you and a friend install the CrossLoop application on both of your computers, your friend will be able to connect to your computer from a remote location free of charge. Just follow the steps that are explained in the
connecting to another computer help section.

Finding computer help in the CrossLoop Marketplace
Finding help in the CrossLoop site is easy, just follow these steps:
- Search for a helper with the right expertise by entering in the search box keywords related with your needs.

- Examine the list of helpers that the search returns: CrossLoop will provide a list of the top helpers relevant to your search. Those helpers that are online and have the best reputation will appear on top.

- Click on the name of helpers to visit their profile page. In the helper profile you will have all the necessary information to pick the helper that is best suited to solve your computer problem including: Ratings, rates, areas of expertise, reviews from other customers, etc...

- If the helper is online you'll be able to chat with him using the "Chat With Me" button. If the helper is not online you can send him an email through the "Contact Me" button.
