Getting Started - Creating an Account

Signing up for a CrossLoop account provides everyone with enhanced features and functions. CrossLoop has made the sign up process easy and simple. CrossLoop will never sell your information and you only share your information when you want to.

Signup for customers (people interested in receiving computer help)

CrossLoop only requires the minimum information to transact in our Community. When you connect with a Helper, CrossLoop will prompt you to create a simple login. By creating this login you can track your history, sessions, Helpers, and in the future diagnostic information.

Signup for helpers (people interested in providing computer help to others)

You can sign up through our online signup and follow these steps:
    1. Create a CrossLoop Profile.
    2. Complete your profile with all details that highlight your expertise (the CrossLoop search engine indexes the 'Headline', 'About Me' and 'Expertise' tags to help customers find the right helpers)
    3. Upload a personal picture of yourself (helps build your credibility and enhances trust) Didn't receive the confirmation email
    4. Confirm your email by clicking on the link in the email that CrossLoop will send you
    5. Begin to promote yourself by using our promotion tools: see our help section on promotion. Our most successful helpers use our promotion tools extensively.
