Getting Started - Creating an Account

CrossLoop only requires minimum information to transact in our community. Creating a login will enable you track your history, sessions, Experts, payment information, etc., for future diagnosis. Creating an account is a 3 step process.

• Click on the "Register/Login" icon at the top of the home page.
• Enter your name, email, password and click "Submit".
• Please check your email and confirm your account.

That is all! You are now registered with CrossLoop. If you have trouble with the confirmation email, please read this.

Note that CrossLoop will prompt you to login when you wish to chat with an Expert. If you do not have an account, you can temporarily give your Name and Email id to get chatting but you need to complete the registration process later through the email sent to you. This will bestow you all benefits of having a CrossLoop account.
