- You can look at the certifications of an Expert to get an idea of his/her technical knowledge.
- The Rates section gives you the Expert's service charges and other benefits he/she provides. Look out for customized packages provided by certain Experts. In case, you are not clear about the charges, you can chat with the Expert and find it out.
- The Recent Activity column on the right gives you details regarding the persons he/she has chatted, transacted and received feedback.
- The Feedback column at the bottom is a reflection of other customers' opinions on the service provided by the Expert.
- In addition, you may also look at one's Linkedin or Twitter profile to get to know more about a particular Expert. You can look at one's Linkedin profile by clicking the "See more about me" link in his profile. The twitter link is at the bottom of the "My Recent Activity" column. Note that the Expert should have enabled these for you to access them.
