The CrossLoop Marketplace - Referring a Customer to Another Helper

When you bill for your services using the CrossLoop transaction system, CrossLoop charges a fee of 5% of the transaction amount if the customer is self referred (your existing customer who does not have a CrossLoop account already). There are no additional PayPal or service charges.
If the customer has an existing CrossLoop account or was obtained using the CrossLoop Marketplace, CrossLoop charges an additional 10% acquisition fee for a total of 15% of the transaction amount.
When a new customer account is created the CrossLoop transaction system will determine whether the customer is (self referred) or (CrossLoop referred). Each time you bill a customer, the fee assessed (5% or 15%) will be determined by the type of customer. You must use the "Invite" or "Submit a bill" feature, listed below, to bring your existing customers to CrossLoop as self referred so that you will only be assessed the 5% fee for transactions with them.
Add a Customer Feature: Once you log in to your account, click on the Customers tab, and then Add a Customer link on the top. Just enter your customer's email address and click on the "Invite" button. An email will be sent to the customer with a link to choose a password for their new CrossLoop account. You will now be eligible for the Self Referred rate for this particular customer provided the customer has not contacted any other Expert through CrossLoop previously.
