It is very exciting to receive a new customer through CrossLoop. However, what if you are unable to resolve their issue? At that point your best bet is to refer that customer to another helper. Why do I want to refer a customer to another helper
One of the best ways to improve sales and get return business is to make sure that all your customers have their issues resolved. Especially if you also take the time to ensure their issues are resolved when you do not have the specialty, time, or tools to resolve it. Not to mention that other Helpers will be more likely to refer their Customers to you when you have referred a Customer to them. It's a symbiotic relationship; one Helper scratching another Helpers back.

What if you cannot find a qualified Helper?
Our customers have communicated to us very strongly that they always expect to receive a solution to their issues when visiting CrossLoop. As mentioned above if you are unable to solve the customer's issue or even If you do not understand the request, you should refer the issue to another Helper.
