The CrossLoop Marketplace - Referring a Customer to Another Helper
It is very exciting to receive a customer through CrossLoop. However, what if your skill set does not match his/her requirement? It may be tempting to “try your luck” solving the problem but it definitely hurts in the long run. At that point, your best bet is to refer that customer to another Expert and satisfy the customer. This page will provide information on referring customers:
- Why do I want to refer a customer to another Expert?
- How do I pass on a Customer to another Expert
- What if I cannot find a qualified Expert?
One of the best ways to improve sales and get return business is to make sure that all your customers have their issues resolved. Especially, if you also take the time to ensure their issues are resolved when you do not have the specialty, time, or tools to resolve it. Not to mention that other Experts will be more likely to return the favor by referring their customers. It's a symbiotic relationship; one Expert scratching another Expert’s back!
