Using CrossLoop Pro
This document explains what custom branding is and how to customize it for your specific needs.
When you login with your CrossLoop Pro account, you will see a Customize App link on the left of the page. Clicking on this link will take you to the
page where you can customize your branding.
For best results, we suggest uploading an image that is 240x40 pixels. This banner image will appear on your customer's CrossLoop App during a screen sharing session.
For best results, we suggest uploading an image that is 332x50 pixels. This footer image will appear on the customer's CrossLoop App...
- When a screen sharing session is in progress.
- After you complete a screen sharing session, your custom footer will remain on your customer's dialog each time they run CrossLoop.
You can specify a custom URL to be launched when your customer clicks on the footer image. In our example above, the "Contact Us" footer image will launch http://www.twitter.com/crossloop.
The URL can be your personal/business website, your CrossLoop profile, or any of your social networking profiles. Of course, you can also leave it blank.
Pre-session (or pre-roll) URL is launched whenever the CrossLoop App is opened by your customer. You can choose not to have a pre-roll, to only pre-roll once when the URL has been changed, or every time.
The post-session URL (or post-roll) is launched after the screen sharing is complete. This is especially useful if you need to bring the customer back to your personal/business site or your CrossLoop profile after the screen sharing session.
Click the "Save & Next" button after you have finished making changes.
In addition to the changes which your customer will see on your public profile page, customers will see a "PRO" on your account listing in search results.
The following screenshots illustrate the display of your branding on your customer's CrossLoop App.
The approve dialog is displayed on your customer's computer when you connect via "Classic Mode" (access codes).
When a screen sharing session is in progress the customer will see your profile image, your banner, and your footer images. The footer image is always clickable and will launch the associated URL.
After the screen sharing session has completed, the customer will continue to see your footer image. This footer image, and associated footer URL, will remain when they launch the CrossLoop App. Your corporate branded footer will be "sticky" until either the CrossLoop App is uninstalled and reinstalled, or the App shares their screen with a different CrossLoop Pro expert.
