The CrossLoop Website - Leaving Feedback for your Expert
Your feedback on sessions with Experts help build a strong marketplace. This is very simple and typically takes less than a minute or two.
You can leave feedback in two ways:
Step 1: Go to www.crossloop.com and click the “Login” button at the top right hand corner.
Step 2: When you login you will be taken to your Console displaying all your recent transactions.
If you have any unpaid transactions you will have an item that looks like the following. Please pay any unpaid transactions.
When you click on the "Please Pay Now" button, you will receive the following options. Choose your payment option and and finish paying.
Step 3: Click on "Leave Feedback" next to any listed transaction and fill out the feedback form. Note that if you have already paid, then you will see the following in your console at login:
You will see the feedback form as shown below:
After you complete the feedback, you will receive a confirmation. Your feedback will be visible in the Expert’s public profile.
Once you have paid the bill for the services rendered by the Expert, you will see a window similar to the one below asking you to provide feedback. You can click on the appropriate buttons and then enter your feedback for the Expert.
