The CrossLoop Website - Leaving Feedback for your Helper

One of the most important ways we build a strong marketplace is through customer feedback on their sessions with Helpers. Customer feedback is critical to the continued improvement of service and growth of the marketplace. This three step process is a very simple process that typically takes less than a minute or two.

Step 1: Go to www.crossloop .com and login. If you cannot remember your login, click on the "Forgot Password?" link directly under the login button.

Step 2: When you login you will be taken to your Console displaying all your recent transactions.


If you have any unpaid transactions you will have an item that looks like the following. Please pay any unpaid transactions.


When you click on the "Please Pay Now" button, you will receive the following options. Choose your payment option and proceed through payment.

Step 3: Click on "Leave Feedback" next to any listed transaction and fill out the feedback form.

After you complete feedback, you will receive a confirmation.
