Selecting feedback for publishing from your profile

Publishing feedback after a session
When you complete a screen sharing session you will also receive the “Share This” links. You will see this page after any screen sharing session whether it is a free session or a paid session.
Having your customers promote you
After the session is over, your customer will see the “Share” screen. This may be a good time to have your customer share their experience with you and promote you among his social network. Make sure they also know how to promote you in their networks. They will see the following page after each screen sharing session:
Using your feedback powerfully on the Web.
In general, there are 6 categories of social networking sites you can use to spread the word about your business and any help session.- Status sites: Facebook, Myspace, Hi5, Friendster,
Answer Sites: Mahalo.com, Yahoo Answers, Linkedin Answers
Blogs and Micro blogging: Twitter, Friendfeed, Amoeba , LiveJournal
Profile business networking sites: LinkedIn, Ryze,
News sites: Digg, Stumbleupon, Buzz
Bookmarking sites: Delicious
Status sites
These are the most common social networking sites. In these sites you and your friends send regular status updates and upload photos, videos, etc. By letting your friends, customers, and family know of your daily business and what you are helping others with they will frequently be reminded of the opportunity to contact you as well. By showing a real customer’s comments on their experience with you, you will immediately gain credibility. As an example, see below the entry for Facebook. I have the option of:
- Showing my picture or another picture
- Sending to specific contacts, customers, etc…
- Posting to my profile for general status update
- Specific Subject: By default we provide your top 4 Expertise tags

Answer Sites
These sites are where people come for answers. By monitoring these sites you can respond to people with issues and help them quickly resolve their problems. CrossLoop provides an “answers feed” tool so you can monitor the most popular sites. When responding it is most effective to grab the link from one of your Customer feedback items so they can see a situation where you helped a specific customer. As an example you can see the following link on my profile.
Blogs and Micro blogging
If you have your own blog it is great to frequently update people with your work on CrossLoop. If you are also part of the new micro-blogging phenomenon we allow you to quickly add a “tweet” to let people know what is happening. See below for an example. We also recommend that you always use the identifier #CrossLoop so people can easily connect this with other CrossLoop activity. In addition, it is a great idea for your customers to do the same thing with their session and send it on to other people in their network.

Profile business networking sites
These sites are mostly used for networking with other professionals and typically not the same way status updates sites work. However, you can easily share an article with your associates and links and this tool allows you to have a quick connection to add it.
News sites
News sites allow you to add an article that you would like to promote. In this case you promote your profile page through your most recent transaction. In the example below I am adding content about a recent transaction in Digg that will make my profile more visible on the web.
