When you and a friend install the CrossLoop application on both of your computers, your friend will be able to connect to your computer from a remote location free of charge. Just follow the steps that are explained in the connecting to another computer help section.Finding help in the CrossLoop site is easy, just follow these steps:
- Search for a helper with the right expertise by entering in the search box keywords related with your needs.

- Examine the list of helpers that the search returns: CrossLoop will provide a list of the top helpers relevant to your search. Those helpers that are online and have the best reputation will appear on top.

- Click on the name of helpers to visit their profile page. In the helper profile you will have all the necessary information to pick the helper that is best suited to solve your computer problem including: Ratings, rates, areas of expertise, reviews from other customers, etc...

- If the helper is online you'll be able to chat with him using the "Chat With Me" button. If the helper is not online you can send him an email through the "Contact Me" button.
Signing Up
CrossLoop only requires the minimum information to transact in our Community. When you connect with a Helper, CrossLoop will prompt you to create a simple login. By creating this login you can track your history, sessions, Helpers, and in the future diagnostic information.
Paying for Help
It is completely free to use the CrossLoop screen sharing tool or to find a Helper in the CrossLoop Community. Many Helpers provide free assessments, estimates, and other free services. Depending on the problem, Helpers charge for their additional services as defined by their rate card.
The rates for Helpers vary by many factors depending on the type of issue and experience of the Helper you choose. CrossLoop encourages Customers to always get an initial estimate that will provide you with best expectation for services.
CrossLoop allows for credit card or PayPal payment for all services. Transacting over CrossLoop enables the 48-Hour Money Back Guarantee, ensuring that you receive support that corrects your problem or meets your request.
CrossLoop charges no any additional fees for using the screen sharing tool or the Helper Community. CrossLoop charges Helpers a percentage of final fees they charge for completed help session while customers only pay for the services fees charged by their Helpers.
