After each session and for every transaction you have the opportunity to easily share the customer's feedback with your network or publish it to the web. Get CrossLoop Certified
CrossLoop certification icons are out! Do you want to get yours? Getting CrossLoop certified will provide you with a new icon that will appear on your search results and profile. This icon will help reassure customers of security they have working with you online. In addition, certification is one of the requirements for working with CrossLoop retail partners. Certified Helpers with paid transactions and positive ratings can be candidates for these services.

Change to the Transaction Feedback Process
If you haven't already noticed, you no longer see the feedback form that pops up after a CrossLoop screen-sharing session.
This change resulted from customer responses stating they are more likely to trust feedback and ratings that come from paid sessions. From now on, we will only gather feedback on paid sessions.
New Billing Option
Through the easy billing option you will be able to send a bill for your services to any customer of yours. CrossLoop will send the customer an email with the payment details and the customer will be able to pay by going to the CrossLoop website. Once the customer pays you will be notified as with any other transaction you receive through CrossLoop. For your existing customers that have not accessed you through CrossLoop you can also bill them directly to receive the “Self-Referred” CrossLoop Rate. More details are available here.
Changes to the Customer Chat Process
A new requirement to remain an active Helper is to respond to customer chat requests within 60 seconds or less. This new process is designed to provide the ultimate customer support. If you don't respond within 60 seconds, we will intercept the customer and redirect them to another Helper. More details are available here.
New Search Ranking Criteria (and Search Result Page)
Providing quality customer support is our ultimate goal. Therefore, Helpers fitting the following criteria will receive a higher ranking in customer search results: 100% completed profile and consistency with: responding to chats within 60 seconds or less, paid transactions using our system and positive customer ratings.
