Q) Is CrossLoop free for Commercial use?
A) At this time the basic Crossloop screen sharing application can be used for commercial purposes. For premium features like product branding and unattended remote access, you can purchase Crossloop Pro or Crossloop Home.

Q) Is there a money back guarantee available for customers?
A) The 48-Hour Money Back Guarantee is for services provided by CrossLoop's Expert Community. This guarantee provides customers with an added level of security when transacting with Experts. If the Expert was unable to solve your problem or your problem continued after the session, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your final payment. Please review our Terms of Use for full details on the guarantee.

Q) I forgot my account password. What should I do?
A) You can choose a new password by following these steps:

    1. Click here.
    2. Enter the email address you used when you created your CrossLoop account.
    3. Check your email and click on the link sent.
    4. Choose a new password.

Q) Where can I find the Access Code?
A) You can find your access code by clicking the "Share" tab of the CrossLoop application. For more information on how to use the Access tab to share/access a computer, click here.

Q) How do I delete my CrossLoop account?
A) Please email us from the email id you used while signing up with CrossLoop, indicating that you want your account removed and we'll eliminate your account.

Q) Is CrossLoop available even for Mac?
A) CrossLoop is publicly available for Mac computers with Intel processors as a beta version for anyone to seamlessly share desktops across Windows and Mac OS X! If you want to download the application please go to our download page.

Q) I have some technical problems using CrossLoop. How can I get help?
