Customer Chat Process
You can begin chatting with an Expert by clicking on the green "Chat with Me" button either from the search results or the Expert's profile. This button is enabled when the Expert is presently online. If you want help finding an Expert, click here.
Clicking on it will immediately take you to a login screen. In case, you have already registered with CrossLoop and confirmed your account, enter the details and login. If you are visiting CrossLoop for the first time and do not have an account, enter your name and email ID. This will give you temporary access to the Helper. Once you have logged in, you can start describing your problem. Once in chat, you can share screen by just clicking the "Share My Screen" button at the top. If your CrossLoop App is already running, screen sharing will begin immediately. If not, you will be guided through the download and installation instructions before screen sharing is launched.
In case, the Expert does not respond within 90 seconds, you can either search for another Expert or send the Expert a message to schedule a session at a later time.
If you decide on the latter, you can give your contact details for the Expert to respond back to you. Also note that anytime an Expert is offline, you can still contact him using the “Contact Me” link in the Expert’s profile page.
.Alternatively, if the Expert responds, you can continue chatting. The Expert provides you with an estimate (mostly free) of the services and once you agree on the price, the Expert begins providing you the required service. Once done, you can pay the Expert as explained here. Please note that you have a 48 hour money back guarantee to dispute any service an Expert delivers.
