This help section provides guidance on the most common issues related to changing the information you entered when you signed up and the information on your profile if you are a helper:

• I want to change my name, email or password
• I want to edit my profile information
• I entered incorrect information when signing up

I want to change my name, email or password

In order to change your personal information on CrossLoop, please follow these steps:

1. Click here or press on "Account Settings" in your profile
2. Login with your current user name and password
3. Modify the information
4. Save changes

I want to edit my profile information

If you are a CrossLoop helper and want to change your profile information on CrossLoop, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account
2. In your profile page, press "Edit Profile"
3. Make any change you want
4. Press "Save and Update"

I entered incorrect information when signing up

If you entered incorrect information when signing up you can change it, as long as your email address is correct and you have verified it, by following the steps above.
If you entered an incorrect email address, please email us indicating your issue.

I want to remove my account

Please email us from the email address that you used to sign up for your CrossLoop account indicating that you want your account removed and we'll eliminate your account.
