| Within the first 15 minutes Kenny was able to fix the error problem that took another technician three hours and resolve anything. From that point he was also able to do a maintenance on my PC to make it work like New! He also had some great software suggestions that would work with what I was trying to accomplish with business as well as personal uses. I would highly recommend Kenny again and cross loop as referral to other friends and family. I already plan on working with Kenny again in the near future with some other applications that I would like to learn. One very happy customer:) |
