Mark gave me a good assessment of what needed to be done for a Windows 7 upgrade, and was honest enough to tell me, that if everything was working well for me now, that I didn't need to upgrade right away. I'm intrigued by Windows 7, but hesitant to jump in right away because of Microsoft's past history of needing upgrades and fixes in order to get their stuff working. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone needing assistance. He never talked down to me, like some support people like to do, and he explained things in a logical way that I could understand.
