This is a fantastic way to fix problems on a home computer! Teena is very knowledgeable and professional in every way. It was great to have her work on my computer remotely - no hassle disconnecting my computer, taking it somewhere for someone else to look at, then having to bring it home again. Teena offered suggestions about things to improve the overall operation of my computer and keep it "safe". If I ever have another problem with anything, I won't hesitate to contact Teena again.
