| I encountered the "security tool" virus, a real nasty bugger. Nick was able to resolve my issues, and despite the fact that it took much much longer than either of us had initially bargained for, didn’t charge me a dollar extra. Nick knows his preverbal shit, I will definitely use him again, even though I hope I don’t have to. |
