| Nick was very professional and certainly helped with the computer error that I was having. I spent two hours w/ Norton tech support after installing Norton 360. They could not help, and sent me away. Glad I found Crossloop and the support from Nick. I am getting a full refund for the Norton 360. Thank You! SJacobsen |
