I'm a PC enthusiast who likes to help other with PC issues. I've been using,fixing,upgrading and building PC's for several years now. I've taken several PC repair courses. I've got experience with Windows 95/98/ME/2000 Pro/XP. I've also got a good general knowledge of the internet and PC's in general. I'm not an expert in any one item though I'm more a "Jack-of-all-trades" type of person.
