I am an experienced IT support specialist. I have run my own shop and managed desktop techs at Cisco Systems and a few Dot-Bomb startups in the late nineties early 2000s.
I am a graduate of a Federal Military Academy -- USMMA Kings Point, NY. I have a great respect for and appreciation of other cultures and backgrounds. I understand that this service is mainly used to get to a result of "it just works." And that is where I leave it.
