Hi my name is Ben. I've been working as an IT specialist since 1999 and have worked for many residential and business clients since that time. I have also worked as a Training Specialist and consultant for an international IT services company and served large government, military and corporate clients during that time specialising in designing the most efficient procedures for IT support delivery.

My prices are discounted due to the desire to build a reputation on Crossloop and not because the quality of my work is sub-standard!

I began my career working on a telephone-based IT helpdesk supporting employees of various clients of the global IT services company I worked for, including British Airways Engineering, Metropolitan Police, Post Office, Transport for London and many others. I've also worked on an IT helpdesk supporting employees of the BBC. Beyond IT Helpdesk worked I was promoted to a Training Specialist and assisted in designing and implementing new policies for improving the efficiency of IT support delivery to our clients, and worked within security for a consortium created especially to support the Ministry of Defence. Since 2005 I have worked for myself and have assisted many residential and business users make the most of their technology and resolve their immediate computer problems.
